Ceado E8D Overview
The Ceado E8D is a strong coffee and espresso grinder designed to handle the high-traffic needs of microroasters and grocery stores. It comes equipped with colossal 83mm flat burrs made of long-lasting K110 steel, a 740 W motor, Quick Set grind adjustment, and Ceado’s wonderful Steady Lock system.
Features and Performance
The Ceado E8D is all about output, consistent performance, and build quality, all of which are things we’ve come to expect from Ceado. The positively huge 83mm flat K110 burrs push out a lot of coffee quickly, and are designed to last. The Quick Set lever at the base of the hopper allows for stepless adjustment and slides between grind sizes for espresso, moka, and filter coffee.
The Steady Lock system, unique to Ceado grinders, keeps the distance between the burrs consistent no matter how much stress is put on the grinder. This is a subtle, but incredibly important detail that helps with grind consistency over long periods of time. Of course, as with all Ceado grinders, the E8D grinds very quietly despite its massive output.
