With a switchable water source and ECM’s innovative design, this handmade and high quality espresso machine is a staple consideration on the prosumer market.
Quiet and quick, the Eureka Atom efficiently grinds for espresso, but is equipped for all purpose use. With stepless, micrometric adjustment you can infinitely move the motor assembly to raise or lower the bottom burr. The Atom can be programmed for single and double shots (within 1/10 of a second) and is capable of manual grinding. Thanks to the unique setup of the burrs, you don’t lose your calibration when you remove the top burr for cleaning.
