ECM Technika IV Profi & Profitec Pro T64
Described by ECM as the \”Rolls-Royce” of espresso machines, the Technika IV Profi deserves considerable praise for both its build quality and performance. From the inside out this machine impresses with its copper water lines and one-piece steel frame. The 2.1 liter stainless steel heat-exchange boiler is designed for heat retention and corrosion resistance while the rotary pump guarantees near-silent brewing and allows the machine to be plumbed directly into a water line.
With a keen eye for aesthetics, Profitec created a grinder that not only looks great, but also keeps pace with high end espresso machines. The Profitec Pro T64 offers the benefits of electronic grinding with automatic dosing based on time (within 1/10 of a second). Grinding is handled by the powerful 450W motor and a set of 64mm stainless steel burrs. On the outside the Pro T64 looks quite smart with a polished aluminum coffee chute and plexiglass and stainless steel side panels.
