The Arti series of scales from Escali offers a nice balance of functionality and aesthetics for an all purpose scale that is especially useful for preparing espresso. With the ability to measure both dry and liquid ingredients you can be sure that you’re not only dosing the right amount of ground coffee, but pulling shots at the correct volume. The Arti can measure dry ingredients in grams, ounces, or pounds, and liquid in either fluid ounces and milliliters. The scale also allows you to tare the weight of any kind of container you might be using and can measure up 15lbs in 0.1oz or 1g increments.
Cleanup is made easy by the smooth glass weighing surface and when not in use, the Arti stores easily among cook books or in the drawer. Uses 2 lithium CR2032 batteries (included) and features automatic shut-off that triggers after a set duration of inactivity.
