The Lavazza EP 2500 Plus presents the ideal solution to a variety of espresso needs for small-medium offices and business. With 6 dedicated drink buttons, the EP 2500 Plus uses Lavazza’s Espresso Point capsules to prepare espresso, espresso lungo, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, and latte macchiato all at the touch of a single button. For specialties and flavored beverages, a soluble tank is used to store powdered drinks such as soluble milk, which is automatically dispensed when a drink is selected. Considerable space between the drip tray and spout allows for larger cups and mugs, with a small cup support rack built in for espresso cups that can fold up when not in use.
Spent cartridges are deposited in a large drawer that can fit up to 20 used cartridges, perfect for keeping upkeep low in busy offices. Just as well, the water tank holds a generous 101 ounces, ready to dispense many shots before needing a refill. Boiler temperatures can be adjusted for a hotter or cooler drink in the cup as well, and settings are password protected so that nobody can tamper with your adjustments. Another feature of note is the credit card reader, which can be used to make drinks purchasable if you so desire.
