Saint Anthony has combined geometry, physics, and chemistry to bring you the Phoenix70 Pourover Coffee Dripper. This minimal, brutalist approach to a dripper comfortably fits and adjusts your paper filter for an optimal brew column. The 70 degree brew column is 33 percent taller than the average cone shape, which causes the brew water to travel further through the brew column. By changing the brew column, you can change your coffee’s characteristics, by either letting the water run through it faster or slower.
The Phoenix70 also acts as a filter; as the water moves through the coffee, the grinds get carried downward, where it becomes trapped within the brew column. With a taller brew column, you’ll find more of those non-soluble grounds stay inside, giving you a clearer cup!
